As you move inside the castle, you see a devilish fairy, a hybrid of a fairy and demon, sitting on a throne. You take in his appearance, crude broken and blackened wings sprouting from his back, two horns sprouting from his head, one of which appears to be broken. Black and red body with demonic shards embedded in the either side of his body.
The King greets you as you arrive in the throne room, as if he was expecting your arrival. As you look at him in disdain, your eyes move towards the side, where your shocked to see the same cloaked stranger from before, sitting comfortably near the King of Eros. For some reason you feel betrayed by this and [[question the stranger's allegiance->103]] in front of the King.

The moment you try to ask the stranger what was he doing here, the King interrupts you, asking you about your journey. You scoff at him and question him about his betrayal to his own king. Upon hearing this, the King snarls at you and tell you about how the he, the King, was a respected Higher Fairy in Phobos, but he once overheard about an experiment being done on various stray and orphan fairies, these orphans were dissected and fused with demons. He was caught eavesdropping and was subjected to the same. He decided to flee from there and came to Eros where he harnessed his powers and decided to destroy the world, once and for all.

You swiftly get ahead of the stranger and block his path. He hesitates seeing you in front of him. Then slowly he lifts up his hands and remove his hood. The moment you see him a hint of recognition flows through your mind, then suddenly the realisation hits you like a ton of bricks, this is actually your *brother*! Who was supposedly called dead during the war. He smirks while watching your expression, you ask him how did he survived the massacre.
He tells you, how he was still alive under the debris and his family never came to search for him, although the King came to his help, healed him and placed him as his apprentice. He also tells you how he lost faith in Phobos and helped his Master in killing the fairies. You are about to take the lead role in an adventure that will make you into a living legend, renowned and respected throughout the world. Before you take part in this quest,
you must first determine your own strengths and weaknesses. You use dice to work out your initial ***SKILL, HP,*** and ***HOPE*** scores.
On the next page you can assign a value to each of the above the attributes. The attributes will be automatically recorded and will be displayed at the end of the page.

***SKILL, STAMINA,*** and ***HOPE*** scores are determined by the game, the dice is automated into the game to determine the values of the above attributes, on the following basis:

For reasons that will be explained below, all your scores will change constantly during the adventure. An accurate record of these scores will be kept system, whenever there is a change in these.

points, these may exceed your Initial scores, on occasions,
when you will be instructed on a particular page.
***SKILL*** reflects your general expertise in fighting and combat; the higher the better.
***HP*** score reflects your general constitution, your overall will to survive, your determination and overall fitness; the higher your ***HP*** score, the longer you will be able to survive.
***HOPE*** score indicates how full of the confidence and hope, you are.]
(link-replace: "COMBAT")[During your adventure, you will often come across pages in the book which instruct you to fight a creature of some sort. Each creature has a certain amount of ***HP*** and ***Skill***; you must resolve the battle as described below.
The combat is automated by the game, on the basis of the process below:-
1. Roll two dice for your opponent. Add its ***SKILL*** score. This total is the opponent’s ***Attack Strength***.
2. Roll two dice for yourself. Add the number rolled to your current ***SKILL*** score. This total is your ***Attack Strength***.
3. If your ***Attack Strength*** is higher than your opponent’s, you have wounded it. Proceed to step 4. If your opponent’s ***Attack Strength*** is higher than yours, it has wounded you.Proceed to step 5. If both ***Attack Strength*** totals are the same, you have avoided each other’s blows – start the next Attack Round from step 1 above.
4. You have wounded your opponent. Subtract ***2*** points from its ***HP*** score.Proceed to step 6.
5. Your opponent has wounded you. Subtract ***2*** points from your ***HP*** score.Proceed to step 6.
6. Appropriate adjustments will be made to either your opponent’s or your own HP scores.
7. Begin the next Attack Round, starting again at step 1 with your current ***SKILL*** score.
This sequence continues until the ***HP*** score of either you or your opponent reaches zero (death). If your opponent dies, you are free to continue with your adventure. If you die, your adventure ends, you die, without solving the mystery and you must start all over again by creating a new character.]

You begin this adventure with no ***Resources*** as you are just a normal guy thrown into an adventure. You will recieve ***Food*** as a resource, which recover ***+3*** of your HP, but it will not exceed your Max HP. You have backpack which will store all your resources.
You will start your adventure with a bare minimum of ***Equipment***, but you may find other items during your travels.]

"Hey Granny tell us a story", exclaimed the children. "Oh all right. I heard this story from my grandmother and I loved it very much. This is story The story is between the fairy, Michael, and his path in freeing his dimension from the influence of the demons which has consumed Helios. The story begins like this,
"**Helios**, is literally a world of dreams, where the dreams of all the people are connected in a giant web. Unlike what some people may think, all the dreams are connected to each other, with the strongest force ever known, that is 'emotions'.
When the humans fall asleep, only then can the fairies interact with the humans. The fairies are actually the ones who make the dreams, which the humans can see in their sleep. The mood of the dreams depends on the emotion of the human before he slips into Helios. But the fact is that, the fairies only show the positive dreams to the person, unlike the demons in Helios who horrify the dreamer with his darkest fears and then feed on their nightmare to sustain. The fairies generate a positive influence while the demon generate a negative influence in Helios, balancing each other out.
An average fairy can be easily identified by their sea-green wings, pointy ears and the magic dust which follow them around every time they move. They generally inhibit the southern part of Helios where all the
Positive magic is sustained. This part was known as **“Phobos”** On the contrary the demons are dark and shadowy creatures, with eyes as dark as coal and scorching hot skin. They leave a foul smell behind them wherever they go. The demons can be found on the northern part of Helios, which known to the common fold as **“Eros”**.
Due to the increased conflict on Earth, influence of the demons increased, even spreading into Helios thus creating an imbalance in the positive and negative energies.
'He' was an average fair-skinned fairy, with sleek blonde hair, lean built and always had a smile on his face, which rather shrunk considerably after he lost his friends and family to the attack of the demons few years ago. Even his brother was lost in the chaos, not dead but never found in the ruins. This turned Herather vengeful towards the demons and slaughtered anyone demon, who came his way.
This is where he always wanted the world to be, on the verge of pure chaos. Chaos was the way of life, everything is random, as it was supposed to be. He found humans to be so malleable, they get influenced so easily.
He traversed through the dreams of many people on Earth, influencing them to cause as much destruction as they can, giving him more power. Fairies couldn't stand a chance as the creatures from Eros destroyed everything dear to them. He laughed to himself as he saw the irony in the situation. He craved for chaos yet each of every move of his was carried out with thorough planning. This was how the world was going to die, by their own hands
He planned this war millennia ago when he just started to get hang of the powers bestowed upon him. He was the only one why could traverse between all the worlds without any consequences. After 'that' incident he decided that he couldn't take anymore and decided to destroy Phobos and corrupt Helios. He looked at his student, he found this one in Phobos buried under rubble during the attack. Fortunately, saving the child, granted him a powerful student as well as a cunning accomplice.
He jerked in his chair as he stopped thinking about his future plans and started on the things which took priority. The next higher-up of Phobos was going to die soon, he will follow his usual routine of leaving some fairy dust on the crime scene, making the fairies think that the murder is one of their own, as such creating a rift in their trust. Then he would attack when they would be at their weakest. He snorted as he looked at Phobos and pitied the fairies on the destruction that was going to befall them. He left in a flutter of wings and magic dust as he looked upon the world that he had sworn to protect and the same one that had betrayed him.
'He' was an investigator, looking up the latest string of murders in Phobos, he found that there was something fishy about these murders. But he didn’t know that opening this can of worms will only reveal the darker secrets of Phobos, which should’ve been kept hidden.

You see that all this started with Phobos, which actually houses the main culprit, you decide that the world is not as black and white as you thought and evil and good is everywhere. Or you actually decide that the there is still Hope for this world, that this world can still be saved, *[[you make your way back to Phobos->110]]* to punish the main culprits and bring justice to your brother.]
